The system will enable individual Travel Counsellors to securely store customer data and deliver bespoke marketing.
Launching the platform, IT director Rob Snelson said: “We are using the latest CRM technology to enable us to store and track the entire customer journey and deliver the information and content to the leisure traveller or corporate client that is truly personalised.
“This technology … will also save time and provide access to all customer information at the click of a button.”
Meanwhile, managing director Steve Byrne spoke of the importance of keeping in close contact with customers throughout the booking process.
