The company claims the new platform is not just appealing due to the cost-savings, but the overall "streamlined process and true automation, from first enquiry through to profit and loss".
The release includes a new dashboard, which allows access to all products, with a single log-in. Meanwhile, the life-cycle of the sale is automated so every piece of communication is highly personalised with all information recorded and reported within the back-office system.
Rob Barker, managing director at Vertical Systems, said: “This puts us right on track for 2017, in which we aim to be the market-leader for travel technology.
"We have spent time and effort delivering a seamless journey for the agent with the dual benefit of agencies’ customers receiving highly personalised documentation. Complimented by the back office, this approach supports our ethos of giving the customers the tools to gain a better understanding of their business and customers.”
The new platform comes as the company celebrates its 35th anniversary year, which has featured new business wins, and the announcement of a new office in Ireland.
Vertical Systems was also named in the "Top 50 Innovation" list by Essex County Council last month.
