The session will be presented by Harry Herbert, Anthropic’s Enterprise Go to Market Lead who will reveal how travel companies can marry AI tools and humans to secure the best ROI.
Immediately after the keynote, he will deliver a second session, ‘From pilot to production: A travel leader’s Claude story’, alongside an Anthropic travel customer who will detail learnings and experiences working with Claude – the challenges, solutions and the impact it is now having across operations.
Recent TravelTech Show research highlighted that 64% of travel operators plan to increase AI investment in the next 12 months in the hope it will improve customer experience, increase loyalty and booking conversions, and cut costs. More than a fifth (21%) of the 103 respondents also intend to double their AI spend.
