Rebecca was nominated by colleagues at Constant Travel for the support she gives their network of more than 30 home-based Personal Holiday Advisors. Agents described her as “the backbone” of the company’s admin team and said that, from managing invoices to distributing tickets, Rebecca’s expertise and attention to detail meant any discrepancies could be resolved swiftly and efficiently. 

Judges were impressed to hear that Rebecca’s dedication to supporting the team often sees her step in to help outside of her regular work hours, and praised her ability to understand different homeworkers needs and experience and to communicate with them accordingly. 

“Her commitment to excellence is felt across the entire company,” said her team. “Rebecca has worked in travel all her life and is a true ambassador for our profession – quite simply, we don’t know what we would do without her.” A very deserving winner of our Visit Malta Unsung Hero award!
