Brandwood joined Latin Routes on Tuesday (9 June) after eight years with Worcester agency ArrangeMy Escape.
In her new role, she will look after agents in the north of England.
Head of Trade Gaynor Atherton said Brandwood brought first-hand experience of selling many of the destinations featured by Latin Routes.
"Her confidence, industry knowledge and personable approach make her a fantastic fit for the team," she said.
"As part of her induction, Bethany will soon be travelling to Argentina and Brazil to further enhance her product knowledge before meeting and supporting travel agents across the north over the coming months."
