Based in RoomIt’s Chicago office, he will report to Kurt Ekert, president and chief executive of CWT. Scott Brennan, who led the launch phase of the business, will become chief growth officer of RoomIt.

Falter, a six-time chief executive and board director, joins from Antenna International, where he was president and chief executive, and he was also previously managing partner of Acorn Growth Partners Inc. He is also a non-executive director at BizPay.
