The launch follows a 33% year-on-year increase in enquiries, highlighting that demand for Florida holidays remains strong despite wider market uncertainty. However, customers are taking longer to commit to long-haul travel. The Confidence Guarantee has been designed to address this hesitation by tackling common barriers to booking at the point of sale.
At the core of the initiative is fixed pricing on all departures up to 2029, with no additional surcharges once a deposit has been paid, delivering long-term price certainty in an unpredictable market. Selected holidays also include a complimentary date change, helping agents respond to concerns around flexibility, rising costs and potential disruption.
All Ocean Florida holidays are sold as packages on behalf of Hays Travel and benefit from full ABTA and ATOL protection. In addition, Ocean Florida continues to support agents with value-added incentives, including alternative routing via Tampa with up to $300 Uber credit for transfers to Orlando, complimentary Orlando attractions, low deposits and agent incentive schemes.
