Not Just Travel promotes Duncan Croucher to Head of Cruise Sales

Not Just Travel has promoted Duncan Croucher from Senior Cruise Business Development Manager to Head of Cruise Sales, giving him full responsibility for the company's cruise commercial operation and its relationships with cruise line partners.

Since joining, Duncan has been a central figure in the company's Cruise Division, which launched in October 2022. Since then, cruise sales across the Not Just Travel consultant network have more than tripled.

Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel, said: "Duncan has built something genuinely impressive in our Cruise Division, which has been so successful that we expanded many of the benefits to our entire network. The extraordinary growth in cruise sales over the past few years is significant and Duncan has been at the heart of it. He knows this sector and our trade partners inside-out, he knows our consultants, and he is the best person to take it forward."

Croucher said: "Cruise is performing strongly and our consultants are increasingly confident in selling it, particularly at the higher end. The training programme we have built has made a real difference. There is more to do and we look forward to driving the next phase of cruise sales growth."

Croucher joined the business in January 2019 as a Personal Training Coach, having spent nearly 18 years in the industry. Before Not Just Travel he was Regional Sales Manager at JTA, and before that held cruise sales roles with P&O Cruises, Cunard and Regent Seven Seas. He started his travel career as a retail manager with TUI during the Lunn Poly and Thomson years.
