Coles-Barrasso has worked in the UK travel industry for many years, including as group PR and communications director at Thomas Cook, and most recently as director of PR and communications at TTNG.
Kane Pirie, Vivid Travel’s founder and managing director, said: “Signing Alexis is another significant step forward for us. I am putting in place a high-quality management team that can cope with the scale of business we anticipate post Covid-19."
Coles-Barrasso will share her time across both Vivid Travel and its Right To Refund campaign.
