Matt Harding takes up the role of senior business operations manager. He was recently interim head of The Freedom Travel Group and The Co-operative Personal Travel Advisors during Kelly Cookes’ maternity leave and has worked in travel for 25 years. He will report directly to Kelly Cookes.
 
Meanwhile the group plans to increase its focus on marketing, with Jennifer Betts becoming marketing executive from June 5, moving over from her current role in the Customer Care Team. Prior to this she worked in marketing at The Co-operative Travel.
