The operator and low-cost carrier said the new programme was designed to “build on our 2016 success”, with the operator set to add one million seats across winter sun, ski and city break destinations.
The Winter 2017-18 programme will feature 11 new routes and extended flying seasons to selected destinations.
Next year will also see Jet2.com and Jet2holidays operate their inaugural winter services from Birmingham and Stansted, after the two airports were announced as the companies’ eighth and ninth UK bases in July and September respectively.
Jet2.com will focus many of its eleven first-time routes on snow sports destinations, with 100,000 seats added to attract clients who are looking to hit the slopes this winter.
The carrier will fly to Geneva and Salzburg from Stansted, while the carrier’s Midlands airport will offer services to Grenoble, Geneva, Salzburg and Turin.
A Leeds Bradford route to the northern Italian city will further boost the airline’s winter sports offering. Elsewhere, winter sun seekers can take advantage of a pair of Jet2.com Madeira routes from Birmingham and Edinburgh.
Meanwhile, Jet2holidays said due to the “popularity” of its Jet2CityBreaks product to Barcelona, Rome and Venice, it would be introducing routes to Krakow and Prague from Birmingham.
Alan Cross, head of trade at Jet2holidays, said: “This is yet further evidence of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays continuing to provide our agency partners with more opportunities than ever to grow their business.
“Our biggest ever winter programme gives travel agents everything, from brand new routes to more choice than ever on flights and package holidays, and fantastic winter sun, ski and city break destinations.
“This comes just one month before our annual travel agent conference in Cyprus, where we’ll be showcasing everything that Jet2holidays can offer, and our Winter 17-18 programme will play a huge part in that.”
