Foulkes has been with the airline since 2011 and in this new role succeeds Ian Chambers who was appointed chief commercial officer at the end of last year.
Chambers said: “Dawn brings a wealth of experience to this role and has demonstrated very strong leadership since joining the company.
“She and her team will work closely with the existing holiday trade sales team to ensure that Monarch optimises and enhances its trade relationships and distribution channels, ultimately growing our trade flight sales.
“Rob will lead the marketing team with for responsibility for online marketing, the digital strategy and online sales across all group brands and products.
“I wish Dawn and Rob every success in their new roles.”
