In a letter to show exhibitors and partners, Reed Travel Exhibitions said WTM London 2020 would take place 2-4 November.

Reed said it was “exceptionally proud” of ExCeL London for its “leading role” in supporting the UK’s fight against the spread of Covid-19 and becoming the country’s first NHS Nightingale hospital.

“Our team are working closely with ExCeL to ensure the health and safety of our exhibitors, visitors and partners at WTM London, providing a safe place to meet and like all of you, we are following the circumstances at the venue very closely,” Reed said.

“The WTM London team would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our exhibitors and partners who continue to be incredibly supportive of WTM London during these challenging times.”

Reed said its sales and customer service teams were on hand to answer any questions and advised travel professionals to follow important event updates on social media.

“We continue to constantly monitor the situation and follow the guidance from the UK government. We look forward to welcoming you at WTM London 2020. Stay safe and look after each other,” the company added.
