Leading names in the luxury villa business are backing a new website highlighting some of the best properties in the world.
UltraVilla is also claiming the site could prove an invaluable resource for travel advisors looking for a curated cross section of ideas for clients.
This “little black book of holiday rentals” has launched with an online portfolio of villas, lodges and chalets from the likes of Five Star Greece, Paris Perfect and Loyd Townsend Rose, who are among 30 different companies offering their best product.

The founders include Ileana von Hirsch of Five Star Greece, who said: “We created UltraVilla because we could see there was a genuine need for a website that brought together the very best of the world’s villa and lodge specialists.”
Other founders include Madelyn Byrne of Paris Perfect, Andrew Loyd of Loyd Townsend Rose and Marina Gratsos of Carpe Diem Luxury Travel.
Von Hirsch added: “This is not a website with a million listings, but a refined directory that offers remarkable properties from companies we trust and who we can confidently declare are ‘the best’ at what they do. We hope agents find the website not only a useful resource, but a trusted filter to finding their clients premier holiday rentals.”
The site is not directly bookable, but acts instead as an online directory and plugs those wanting to book onto the villa or accommodation company.
