Hunter was served a nominal costs order of £1 at Liverpool Crown Court last week, which has been deemed paid, the Liverpool Echo reports.
The 63-year-old is currently serving a 56-month jail term handed down in November last year after she admitted nine counts of fraud.
Having been declared bankrupt and with no assets to repay her £217,000 ill-gotten gains, the judge, Recorder Matthew Corbett-Jones, made a nominal order during a recent proceeds of crime hearing.
However, the Crown Prosecution Service can apply to reassess her financial standing at a later date in order to recoup some of the money.
Hunter, of Sankey Road, Liverpool, defrauded clients out of thousands of pounds by selling them holidays through her travel company, only to pocket the cash.
