The Abta member was based in Newcastle upon Tyne and had been trading for 20 years, according to Companies House records.
Abta said in a statement: “The majority of holidays sold by Courtney Airsavers Ltd were sold as an agent for other tour operators.
“Courtney Airsavers Ltd also sold some Atol protected flight-inclusive packages and flight only arrangements.”
The company was licensed to carry up to 750 passengers per year under its Atol, according to the CAA website.
