Taylor made her first sale trading as Exhale Luxury Travel last week having left the Caribbean specialist in June. She also previously spent a decade as a Travel Counsellor.
Taylor, based out of her farmhouse office between Ashford and Maidstone in Kent, will conduct concierge-style appointments and home visits with clients.
She told TTG the close tie between agents and their clients tempted her back to the job. “When I was on the road working with agents, I really missed those relationships with customers and the valuable service agents offer. I’ve also got a small child at home so not travelling as much is important.”
Since leaving Elegant, Taylor has focused on building her business, a member of Advantage Managed Services, by setting up her social media channels and launching a new website last week.
To mark its launch, she ran a competition offering those who joined her mailing list the chance to win a Caribbean holiday.
The name Exhale, Taylor explained, is based on “that moment you first unwind on a holiday, breathe out and relax”.
