The two operators, which are part of Travelopia Tailormade, will also unveil new “brand propositions” as part of their peaks campaign.
Hayes & Jarvis will be using the new slogan ‘Extraordinary Travels, Tailored For You’, with TV presenter Mariella Frostrup providing the voiceover for the operator’s TV adverts.
While Citalia’s new branding is based around the strapline “Feel Like a Citalian”, with Italian brand ambassador and TV chef Gennaro Contaldo providing voiceovers for the ads.
Both operators’ campaigns will run from the end of December to February 2020 and also include digital advertising across platforms such as YouTube, direct mail, email marketing and social media.
Helen Adamson, commercial and brand director for Travelopia Tailormade, said: “This campaign marks an important step for our tailormade division, unveiling a major brand repositioning piece for two or our flagship operators.
“We are delighted to be able to showcase our class-leading product on national TV for the first time with Hayes & Jarvis and Citalia.”
Adamson added the tailormade brands were “looking forward to a year of future growth in 2020 and have ambitious targets”.
“Coming into the crucial peak sales period, we want to ensure our Tailormade brands are at the front of customers’ minds and to inspire holidaymakers to book their 2020 travel with us,” she said.
Trade incentives during peaks includes a £10 Love2shop voucher for every booking of more than £5,000 made from 26 December to 31 January, while agents will also have the chance to win more than 30 prizes including a Fit Bit, Mulberry purse, Echo Dot and Sony Bluetooth headphones.
