Amanda Leggett has joined the business from Great Rail Journeys, while Diane Court returns to JTA after a stint at US Airtours.
Leggett will be responsible for agent relations in Scotland, the North East and Yorkshire, with Court taking charge of partners in the Midlands, South West and Wales.
The duo bolster JTA’s existing sales team, comprising Zoe Holt, Harry Taylor and Duncan Croucher.
Rachel Braznell, JTA operations director, said: “We’ve developed an extensive range of new product over the last few years, including short-haul and long-haul holidays, and a specialised cruise department.
“JTA has been trading now for almost 50 years, and while we started as a flight-only provider, we now offer agents a much greater range of choices.”
Leggett and Court’s key aims will be working directly with agents to increase sales in their regions, delivering a programme of ongoing training to existing agent partners, and developing new agent partnerships.
“We are a trade-only business and are totally committed to having representatives out on the road, calling on our key agent partners,” Braznell added. “Our ongoing range of incentives, VIP agent events, fam trips and training are second to none.”
JTA ongoing Fam-tastic incentive gives agents the chance to win a place on one of seven JTA fams between through February 2020.
