The low-cost carrier plans to operate more than 1,000 daily flights from 1 July.
In the lead up, customers due to fly in July and August will be able to move their flights to travel until the 31 December 2020.
It applies only to the route customers have already booked and trips must be completed before the end of 2020.
Dara Brady, Ryanair’s director of marketing and digital, said: “We want to offer our customers as much confidence and flexibility as possible, with no flight change fee if their travel plans change”.
